WHAT’S UP WITH THE RED HIGH HEEL?
During the 2020 pandemic, a few of my closest friends and I were shaking things up with a virtual scavenger hunt on Zoom. When they put out the call for high heels, I grabbed the first two pairs I could find: ruby red and hot pink. Well, they never made it back to the closet. They became part of my new quarantine business attire: yoga pants, t shirts, and a pair of killer heels. Although the world had shut down around me, I decided to pump up the volume. My current business was going great. New business was coming in. I felt like I was killing it. And I liked that feeling. So, when it came time to refresh my boutique business, I put the heels on the shelf—and my new logo—to remind me what a fresh approach can do.
